Dunsfold Park Ltd Drive-In Terms and Conditions


General Terms and Conditions


1. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
2. Dunsfold Park Limited operates a No Smoking policy.
3. The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones confiscated.
4. Guide and Hearing dogs are welcome but other animals are not permitted on the premises.
5. The Management accept no responsibility for any personal property.
6. If a performance is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled performance, equivalent to the face value of the ticket.
7. All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
8. The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.
9. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable Dunsfold Park Ltd management to eject you from the venue.
10. We are required by law to refuse admission to a film performance to anyone who in the opinion of the Duty Manager is below or appears to be below the minimum age required by the relevant classification of the British Board of Film Classification or local authority. Proof of age may be required by us.
 

Ticket Purchasing


1. The ticket price shall be as displayed on the Website during the ordering process, except in cases of obvious error. Please note that we are not under an obligation to provide the ticket(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after the confirmation page has been displayed and the confirmation email has been sent to you, if such a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a miss-pricing. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
2. In addition to the ticket price, there will be a Card Handling Fee in consideration for processing your credit/debit card transaction and this will be notified to you during the ordering process.
3. All stated prices and fees include any applicable Value Added Tax.
4. Please check your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
5. Tickets will be received in the format of an email confirmation. This email represents your ticket and must be printed out and brought with you on the night of the screening to guarantee your entry.
6. You represent and warrant that any tickets you purchase are for personal use only, and that they are not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity, unless we have expressly authorised otherwise in writing. You undertake that you will not (a) resell or offer for resale any tickets (whether at a premium or otherwise) and/or (b) use tickets for advertising or promotions (including prize draws, competitions, contests and/or sweepstakes) or for any other trade purposes. If you resell or offer for resale any tickets, the tickets in question will be invalid.
7. Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
8. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. The Management cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. Dunsfold Park Ltd reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
 

Important Information


1. It is your responsibility to check your tickets as we are under no obligation to rectify mistakes after a contract has been formed. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
3. Car spaces will be unreserved unless otherwise specified expressly during the ordering process.
4. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether a screening has been cancelled or rescheduled. If a screening is cancelled or rescheduled (for whatever reason), we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of the cancellation or rescheduling but we do not guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation or rescheduling before the date / time of the screening.
5. We accept no responsibility for any personal property that is brought to the Drive-In.
