Come rain or shine, the drive-in will have six films to choose from over three nights and with the soundtrack to each film playing through your car stereo, you don’t even have to venture out of your car!
A Patrick Swayze double bill of Dirty Dancing and Road House will play on Friday 2nd April, some sing-along classics, Grease and Mamma Mia, on Saturday 3rd, with Disney’s Finding Nemo and Tarantino’s cult phenomenon, Pulp Fiction, on Sunday 4th.
Grease is currently the drive-in’s fastest selling movie, closely followed by Pulp Fiction and Dirty Dancing. If you don’t want to miss out, then visit Dunsfold Park or The Guildford Tourist Office to purchase your tickets in advance.
Nancy Edwards, Dunsfold Drive-In spokesperson, comments “With weathermen predicting a wet Easter, our Drive-In at Dunsfold Park is perfect for those wanting a ‘dry’ family night out. Cocooned in the warmth of your car, food at your finger tips and tickets only £20 per car, per film it’s a unique and reasonably priced weekend of fun for local families looking for something a bit different this Easter.”
The three-day movie fest is being held on 2nd, 3rd and 4th April 2010 at Dunsfold Park near Guildford in Surrey. Two movies will be shown each day, with gates opening at 6.30pm for the first showing and 9pm for the second. Ticket prices start from £20 per car, per film, for a maximum of 5 passengers and are available at the Dunsfold Park Estate Office or the Guildford Tourist Office.
