Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, no dogs will be admitted to the venue accept guide or hearing dogs which will be welcome at all showings.
Will the event go ahead if it rains?
The event is not weather dependent and will go ahead should it rain. The only weather which will make it necessary to postpone a showing is if we should experience high winds over 30mph.
How many people can I have in my car?
You can have up to 5 adults in any vehicle, although we recommend 4.
How do I hear the soundtrack?
The soundtrack will be available via your car FM Radio. The frequency will be announced two weeks prior to the Drive-In and displayed at the venue.
Can I reserve a particular space?
Due to the nature of the Drive-In we are not able to reserve spaces. Parking is arranged on a first come, first serve basis.
Are there any age restrictions?
The only restrictions are those imposed by the Film Board Classification and will be strictly adhered to so please note any restrictions prior to booking and ensure all those attending are the appropriate age.
What time do the doors open?
To be confirmed.
Will you be selling tickets on the day?
Tickets will be available to purchase on the day on the door. On the door prices are £20.
What facilities do you have?
Concessions selling hot and cold drinks, burgers and hot dogs, popcorn and ice cream will be available throughout the evening along with toilet facilities.
Are we allowed to keep the engine running?
No, all cars will be required to switch off engines as they park.
Will my car battery die?
The average running time of the proposed films is no longer than two and a half hours. This should be comfortably within a standard car batteries capabilities for running a car radio. Should anyone experience any difficulties car recovery support will be on hand to assist any visitor experiencing difficulties.
What do I do if my car steams up?
We would recommend that you partially open windows in your vehicle prior to the film starting to ensure adequate ventilation and prevent windows from steaming up.
Will I be able to see the film from the back seats?
Views from the back seat are dependent on the make of your car and the height and age of your passengers.
Can I sit on top of my car roof/bonnet?
In order to ensure all visitors to the Dunsfold Drive-In have an enjoyable experience and uninterrupted view, people will be asked to remain inside or alongside their vehicles.
Can I view the film from outside my car?
Due to the time of year we would recommend that visitors remain wrapped up warmly in their cars.
Can I bring any type of vehicle?
All vehicles are welcome except commercial vehicles such as busses, lorries, trailers etc. A maximum of 5 people per vehicle will be permitted.
Do you have parked cars for hire?
This is something we are currently investigating and would recommend you keep checking the ticket section of our website for up to date information.
Can you hear the sound outside of your car?
There will be no audio available outside the car. The soundtrack will be available through an FM frequency which will be advised prior to the showing.
Can I bring my motorbike?
Yes you will be able to bring your motorbike, however, as you will be taking the space of a car, normal car rates will apply.
Will you have radios for hire?
Yes, radios will be available to hire on the night for a nominal charge.
What do I do if I don’t get a booking confirmation e-mail?
At the end of your booking a page will display to provide a confirmation number. Please keep a note of this number, as you will need to bring it along with your card you used to pay when collecting your tickets. You will also receive an email to confirm your booking within 30 minutes. If the confirmation page does not display, you should check your email system to see if you have been sent the confirmation email. If you wish to double check, please contact our Helpdesk on 01483 542226 between 11am and 4pm.
What happens if I forget to bring my booking reference?
This may delay your admittance, however Drive-In stewards will have a record of all bookings and where necessary will be able to review your booking through you name and address.
Do you have restricted viewing?
Views are unrestricted from all allocated parking spaces.
How do I book a ticket online?
Once you have decided on a film and film time simply click on your selection and you will be taken to the booking system. Here you will be able to select the number and type of tickets you require. When you are happy with your selection you will be asked to submit your email address, so that you can receive confirmation of your booking, and your payment details. At any point prior to entering your payment details you can abort the booking process or make amendments to your selection. Online booking is available only to those who accept Dunsfold Park Ltd’s Terms of Use.
I’ve made a mistake with my booking – what should I do?

Can I add extra tickets to my existing booking?
No, you will need to complete the order process again. If you wish to park with your group you will need to arrive together.
What disabled facilities are available?
The Drive-in is held entirely on hard standing and therefore no priority disabled parking is necessary at this event. Disabled toilets will be available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Tickets can be purchased in the UK using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch (UK banks only) Solo, Visa Electron or American Express. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept JCB, Style or Duet cards.
If I am running late will my space be held?
Spaces are provided on a first come first served basis. Every effort to admit late comers will be made at a suitable break during the event, however admission can not be guaranteed.
Why do you charge a card handling fee?
Dunsfold Park Ltd treat the processing of credit and debit card transactions and the minimisation of fraud very seriously. As such Dunsfold Park Ltd charge a Card Handling Fee to cover the costs it incurs in providing the credit/debit card processing service.
One of our party is hearing impaired.
Induction loops may be available, please enquire at the time of booking.
Can I take pictures?
No, certainly not during the film, we may be able to allow cameras before the showing.
Can I smoke?
Due to the potential fire risk smoking is not allowed anywhere outside vehicles. Please use your cars ashtrays, do not discard butts outside the car and take litter home. Anyone caught littering will be asked to leave.
Can we bring our own food?
No food will be allowed into the Drive-In. Catering which includes burgers, sausages and chips, drinks, donuts and popcorn is available on the night.
